From the onset of my educational journey, I have been fascinated by emerging technologies that enhance teacher productivity and deepen student learning. My approach has always been hands-on; whenever I encountered a new tool, I immersed myself in understanding and implementing it in the classroom. As I progressed to roles such as assistant principal and eventually school principal, I took on responsibilities including staff training, effective product implementation, product research, vendor communications, and collaboration to refine and improve these tools.
